This is a blog dedicated to the great Neil Peart.
Born Neil Ellwood Peart on September 2, 1952. He started drumming at age 14, and joined Rush in 1974 two weeks before their first US tour. He has become known worldwide for his technical drumming with the band, as well as for his books. Neil became an Officer of the Order of Canada in May 1996. He just embarked on the 2012/2013 Clockwork Angels tour.
